This tool does not ship with a built-in rate table. An administrator uploads CSV or Excel under Superadmin → Tools → this tool → Settings. The first row must be your column headers (for example Code, Description, GST %).
How visitors use it
- Enter a keyword or code and click **Search**.
- Matching rows show every configured column. There is no autocomplete or live search.
